Rubbish App Rubbish organisation !
BE WELL have had since the beginning of the year to sort out all the issues around memberships, booking online and this dumb App. They seemed to have failed miserably on all counts. I have been ‘locked out’ of my account (again) 2nd time overcharged for my membership and am still unable to book a class or session online sort it out Be Well !!!
APP
This app is disgraceful, doesn’t work properly, can’t add information in. Can’t pay for anything. Can’t book anything. Hard to use. The website logs you out and gives a error and the contact Email provided does not work. The old app and website was so much better. Why change what works well and give us this. New system is worth 0 starts.
