BDO Online 4+

Redirected me from my old mobile banking to download this new version but since downloading it couldnt even log in, I got locked out from my acct because of too many attempts to log in, eventhough I always put in the correct login details it still always fails! I tried resetting the password multiple times but it always fails as well because I couldnt receive the otp thru my mobile phone. I emailed them since I am living abroad and cant get a hold of their international helpline, but it’s been months and still no response to my email, all my payments got delayed, had to ask my relatives in the PH to pay for it in the bank because I already incurred penalty as I didnt manage to pay on time as I cannot login to the app!!!! Such an inconvenience! Now I cant even see what’s happening to my money because I still cant access this app!!! IT’s been months and this issue is still not being addressed!!!

Always get a message to download this new app, now I downloaded this app and it lock me out. I have to call customer service. That would be fine if im in the Philippines and i have 1 hour and 30 minutes to wait before i can speak to a rep, your customer service is already busy with so much problems plus this. I’m so feed up with all the problems with this bank, from multiple declined transactions abroad to card on hold and not able to use my own money to this account lock. Will be home next year definitely closing all my account from you guys.
BDO does find a way, WAY TO MAKE EVERYTHING A PROBLEM!

Sadly, the app mostly lags and sometimes, it says incorrect password. High risk of account being locked. Actually I was locked several times even if I just changed my password and clear cache my engine. Their system is still rudimentary. I was hoping they have and online support tech so they can do a live chat with customers concerns. It takes ages for them to answer emails of request from online banking saying that there are not enough people to respond to emails. This is a big company but they dont invest on people at all. They only care about profits. Not enhacing their online and security system. I feel bad about this.
