Not useable
I agree with the other reviews. This app is impossible to use. I’m unable to add bookings, or check flight statuses. Similarly I couldn’t check in using the app (and instead did this through Batik’s website).
Useful!
Still ‘clunky’ in places, but, to be fair, the (v8.3) app has facilitated my booking a Batik Indonesia domestic flight (when the website was failing to do so) and to pay for it using a foreign credit card (often an issue). So worth a try, in my estimation …
useless app
Can't login. Tried searching the flight but every time it says no flights available. However same flioare available on webpage. Really need to work on the application.
