Excellent service with delicious burritos
We ordered 3 burritos each with different fillings . The staff were amazingly efficient and prepared the burritos quickly despite us wanting something different on each one . The burritos were delicious, so tasty and the additional vegetables including the onion and peppers and coleslaw really added to the flavour .
Dodgy rewards scheme: beware
I have gone into Barburitto for a double points day reward in the recent past, and they had not given me the double points they advertised all over the restaurant (on the day) and it was still valid. I looked into the app weeks later after no reply via customer services (which is non existent it seems) to no avail. They are currently and have been conning me for way too long. I claimed my side just yesterday but I think that’s me done with once my favoured eatery for lunch! Beware of this reward scheme and beware of the all year round spookily poor and underwhelming customer service from there guys. Poor poor poor.
Super quick rewards
This is one of the best café / fast food apps out there. Pound for pound it’s great value because it’s really not long until you earn a free side and the offers for extra stamps are great!
