Bank Islami wasn’t happy with the old App, as it was working smoothly, so to keep their customers in dilemma, they planned to get a cheapest developer to build something that make customers experience as a hell.
So that developers, 1st of all deleted all the user data, specifically the frequent used beneficiaries (left those that were used once only a million years before). Plus, for OTP they made sure that you would never get it. If you manage to get it after 10/15 minutes, that app will automatically be logged off, no matter you keep the screen on. The app was launched secretly in 2024 and customers were informed only after the complaint, I installed the app in December and till now, in 3 months no transactions is made… well done bank Islami.
