It seems like BOC, being one of the largest banks in Sri Lanka, could enhance its services by developing a more user-friendly app. Features like Face ID login, ATM card management, and statement generation are common in leading banks' mobile apps and could contribute to a better user experience. Exploring functionalities from world-leading banks' apps might be a valuable consideration for improvement.
Very poor service, it’s a shame BOC
App is frequently getting crashed. Even for a minor issue cannot fix through online and have to contact customer service over the phone. They never respond for emails. It’s a shame BOC IT service
