Concentration
To focus you mind and keep it active is always good, I’m 75 , and I feel that doing something for fun that uses your brain keeps it going !😋
Games and puzzles
I grew up playing games with two of my brothers. I like puzzles and problem solving. Am 79 and home a lot now and happy.
Art is good
The art is good. However, the reason for 4 star instead of 5, (early review might update) is that it’s not great for order. Once the colours are locked you can’t change them. That bothers me.
