I paid for this game £30 for the year it worked out cheaper ( after the 7 day free trial ) my 2 y old boy is absolutely obsessed with the game and it’s made his speech development come on so much better, he recognises numbers he can trace them and he can even remember the pairs he’s absolutely in love with this game it’s also a win becuase it keeps him entertained while I do housework so win win he’s educating himself threw play learning and games and I’m getting jobs done I have no bad complaints ❤️ I only wish there was more games and activities i have set the game to a higher age than his but still wish they added more healthy habits , and some diffrent flash cards maybe like mum dad brother sister things like that other than that I love this game

This app feels like a way to waste your money. The service from the company is terrible. I initially purchased this app on a trial basis, intending to pay £9.99 per month afterwards. However, I didn’t realize that the trial had ended, and unlike other app providers, I never received an email notifying me of the trial's conclusion. As a result, the app automatically charged me twice, totaling £70 — more than the entire cost of the app itself. I reached out to customer service but received a poor response. They made me feel as though it was my fault for not reading the terms and conditions, yet it is unacceptable for two separate payments to be deducted from my account. After attempting to send several emails for further clarification, I have received no response. It is unfair to withdraw money from people's accounts, especially given the financial struggles many face. This app feels like a scam; please be cautious and avoid making a purchase. I am appalled by the service provided and have never encountered such a bad experience with an app.

This app is absolutely micro transaction hell and garbage. They use the enticement of children and stuff to force you into a pay model. The app itself may well be amazing, but what kind of business model has something focused at young children but aggressively extorts the parents financially. It’s terrible. You can’t even gain access to the app to see features etc without signing up to 9.99 a week on a free 7-day trial. Like they force you to sign up immediately, then force to you take a subscription immediately upon sign up. Sure it has a 7-day free trial, but that means little for most busy parents who will undoubtedly miss the deadline and be conned. I would look for other free or cheaper alternatives. Shame on the devs for using such aggressive and exploitative cash grabbing methods. I hope Apple see see sense and remove it. Rant over
