Take advantage of this new way to manage the maintenance of your assets. Thanks to its numerous functions, CareOffice Touch transforms each smartphone of the maintenance team into a swiss army knife, thus facilitate the geolocation of the intervention, delivers all the documents in fields and improve the team communication by enabling real-time status updates. CareOffice Touch delivers all the information at the heart of the installations: equipment, material and address sheets are available anywhere and anytime in offline mode and CareOffice Touch allows you to create new ones or modify existing ones. Thanks to the integrated camera or NFC reader, each equipment or location can be easily identified by the staff via a QR code or NFC tag, thus simplifying the entry of an intervention request or an express troubleshooting report. In the todo list the staff easily enters his work report, including multimedia, working time with start/stop function, material, inspection field data collection and, if necessary, asks the customer to confirm the work with his signature. As soon as the network is available again, the data is seamlessly synchronized. CareOffice Touch naturally adapts to your context with the help of customizable screens and vocabulary.
