Description
moboPro is the digital tool for car dealers. This app offers you the following functionalities, all combined in 1 app with 1 login:
- follow up on the automatically sent service invites
- receive and handle all your online service requests
- create quotes, send them by SMS and email to your customer and receive online approval
- manage all your DMS repair orders from vehicle reception till handover (subject to applicable DMS interface availability)
- follow up online payments on your workshop invoices
- communicate with your customers through the integrated, unique Dialog functionalities
- manage all your users and settings

Version 3.7.0
- New media upload behavior to provide better user feedback on the upload process and also increase both upload speeds and reliability.
- Options in the cleaning module do comply with outlet settings.
- The dossier screen responds automatically to a wider range of data updates (made by other users, working in the same dossier).
- Push notifications of type "new internal message" are suppressed when doing a check-in or check-out.
- The app will no longer block opening dossiers in which the car has no known brand.
- Repair order jobs with status "not visible to customer" will no longer be shown during check-on and check-out.
- Improved registration of service advisor signatures (Renault).
