Autocab Driver Companion 4+

For almost a year now, the app crashes on me at least 3 times daily.
& could we change the schedule of the updates on the drivers side? The app updates are fine, but rolling out 11am updates over air during busy periods during a week day is ridiculous in all honesty & results in major loss of earnings across the board.

Dear dev team, please see below a suggestions for improving an otherwise very good app: 1. whenever I get a notification and a beep sound from the app the phone volume goes down (as it does for other apps’ notifications) but doesn’t come back up. This means that if I’m listening to musing from my phone I have to constantly summon Siri to get the volume back up which is quite frustrating 2. Please make it so that I choose my preferred map in the options once and not every single time I press on the directions icon 3. Please disable messages that don’t make any sense like “soon to clear active” whatever that is supposed to mean 4. The street pickup button is next to precooking so if I press it by mistake there is no way of cancelling the street job without contacting the dispatch team. 5. If I receive a job and the phone is locked it does not vibrate nor does it send notifications to Apple each which makes it very easy to miss a job if it’s noisy and not looking at the phone or phone in pocket.

Since the last update the app has been a complete mess! Keeps freezing at least 5 times a day, when I try to log in it keeps on saying connection error even though I have full signal and every other app works perfect this happens 4-5 times per day I’ve been trying to log in for the past 1 hour now and still not working keeps saying connection error! The app was working perfectly fine before the update why do you need to mess with something that works perfectly and mes it up?!
