Simply set your favourite players, and we’ll customise the app, so you get your favourite players' real-time scores, draws and match highlight videos front and center. You’ll also get notifications when your favourite players’ matches are about to start, so you never have to miss a point.

Enjoying AO but ……
I was so angry about Novaks fathers behaviour today, I cannot understand why he hasn’t been banned from attending matches. It is so sad and heartbreaking what is happening in the Ukraine so for this ignorant man to be allowed to stay in the grounds is absolutely sickening to me.
Update: No Notifications Still (AO 2022)
Even after the update, the notification aspect of this app does not work. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, re-favourite players, enable notifications in the app, and checked my phone settings…still no notification come through. This is a key part of the app and it does not work, which is a shame. This issue was raised last year and nothing is resolved.
I personally feel like the app needs to be built from scratch for next year and make sure features work before releasing the app on the store.

Hi Nightshade25, we have investigated this and think we have discovered the issue. We will fix this in the next version but until then you can favourite players from the Players section in the More screen to ensure that the notifications will be sent. Regards, AO Team
Several days with no push notifications
A good app in general but lost an entire first day’s worth of push notifications for favourite players despite both the app and my phone settings being set to allow them. Problem reported but no response and no fix. Wanted to give 5 stars but complete lack of help or seeming to fix it knocks it down a few.

Hi, to fix your issue please update to the latest version of the app, then open the app to view the home screen. From that point forward you should see notifications coming through. If you continue to have problems please email apps@tennis.com.au and we will investigate further for you. The AO Digital Team.
