Audio Pro Control 4+

So I’m in one room and I spend some time finding some good programmes on vTuner and adding them to favourites. Then in another room there’s no sign of these favourites. Do I have to start all over again - yes! Suggested feature: import favourites from another room or just show them in all rooms.

There I am exploring vTuner programmes (or anything else if I recall) and I select a station. There is no way to go back to where I was before I selected that station. I can only go back to the main menu but then I have to navigate all the way back to wherever I was when I selected the station.

I shouldn’t have to tell you these things. Get your developers (or at least the project manager) to actually use the app themselves!

I bought a set of three AudioPro speakers for a wireless multi room setup in mid January. The speakers are excellent but the app is completely useless...I spent many hours trying to get reliable fast non glitchy synching from my MacBook and iPhone. Impossible so I’ve spent weeks trying to figure out other ways to get this working. Eventually I found Rogue Amoeba’s software - Airfoil and Airfoil satellite which does the job perfectly. So save yourself hours of fiddling round with the rubbish app and try Rogue Amoeba (unfortunately not free).

The worst thing however is AudioPros support. When buying the speakers their sales / support was extremely quick to answer all my questions to get a sale. Once I’d had the speakers delivered and was having problems getting the useless app to work, I contacted support. 4 weeks later I’ve not even had an acknowledgement of my detailed support request.

So all in all excellent speakers, terrible app and useless support.

Fabulous products, unbelievable sound definition & bass depth from such portable products. However. The App. I can’t imagine anything less useful. Every time I log my multiroom system (3 Audio Pro devices) all seems to be working well until I turn music off & get about my business. When I try to log back on in a few hours, a couple of days or whatever, it has forgotten me & I have to go through the same, sorry, time-consuming process again, and again, and again........., ad nauseam. For such a great product to be let down by such an awful app is bewildering!
