Audi connect plug and play 4+

Since version 3.3.2 7 months ago all my journeys are fully mapped and logged, which is as it should be. Before that for a year or so journeys would stop within a mile or few after starting. There was no logic to it, same routes, same iPhone and same car. I’d given up on it as support didn’t seem to be able to fix it. Then, as mentioned, after 3.3.2 all was fully working again after a year or more. It’s now really useful to see all the metrics for fuel economy, logged map routes and stats of how the car performs.

Hopefully, it will stay working…

I had the Audi Connect Plug and Play device installed in my new Audi TT. The App easily connected by Bluetooth with the device and I have been using it over the past few days. It is an excellent device providing me with good information on my driving and fuel records. I love the journey monitoring and how to find my car…..not that I would really lose my pride and joy. What has happened to this app…. Seem to regularly be logged out of it and to access again I have to go through the set up of the app, including syncing history which takes several attempts as it says there is an unstable connection, despite uploading at home on a stable wifi connection. Support previously advised to delete app and reinstall but it makes no difference. Latest install and upload of data was last night but this morning I’m logged out again. Support - Advice to others is to log any issues on the app… How, when you can’t log in and the contact support on the Apple Store just goes to a generic page. This may be older technology but my car is only a year old and should work! There are so many people on here complaining and a generic response isn’t good enough. Please sort this out
