Frustrating

Terrible interface, illogical poorly labeled menus, baffling terminology with no clear explanation of what the jargon means.
Support line takes ages to answer and is at the end of a really tedious set of menus. If you have a support line, make it something people can get through to directly. It isn’t expensive to give it its own number.
Have been trying to get set up for hours and still no closer.
You should hire a proper UX designer, and make this system easy and intuitive, and test on users to make sure the instructions make sense and the set up is logical.
Registration is also buggy, and took multiple attempts.

Terrible

This is an awful app to control my boiler! It doesn’t make any sense at all and must have been designed by a man! I cannot put my boiler on for just an hour, if I don’t have my phone for whatever reason I can not control the boiler as the panel is just as bad as the app! All I want to do is turn my boiler on and off at specific times. Not fiddle around with bars and temperatures! I’d quite happily have my old 1970 odd boiler back if I could!! I would not recommend at all

Awful, Awful, Awful

I’m so glad I’ve read these reviews now, having had the Atag One for just over a year and constantly had problems with the app and controller not connecting I started to think it was just me. Telephone support is quite helpful but all they do is tell you to reset the controller - which we’re having to do almost monthly. We’re new to ‘smart’ thermostats but if they’re all this bad I want a dumb one again!
