Using the app on the iPhone means you need to manually type your login details every time, not once but weirdly twice. The app is very slow while using 4G only to access it but this is using service provider data and the coverage is poor where I live. Viewing statements locks the app and no way to get out of it. Only way is to re-install the app.
It needs some serious work to get even close to other network apps, I would see this as an alpha stage app.
I'm dumping this mobile network because their app is awful
This app is terrible you're unable to copy and paste your passwords in and it doesn't give you the option to get the passwords from any of the install password Services that's one reason to dump this mobile network I'm just unhappy with it I shouldn't have to go through a hell of a rigmarole of copying and pasting and trying to remember my password but I can just copy and paste it from Firefox or use iOS built-in password manager so you've lost me as a customer I would've stayed with this network for a long time but I'm done with it,
And another thing is why you giving me captures to solve when I'm trying to login over the Internet in the browser I mean what the hell are you thinking you're driving your customers away forcing them to fill in a capture to log into their account is a disgrace, I'm over 50 years old I just refuse to put up with this crap from corporate companies in my life if you make it difficult for me to use your products and I just won't use them
The App is good but…
The App is actually quite good, everything is easy to manage and check but the i am having constant issues with payment every time i add a card it just does not add on i had to log in online then add it then it finally added on to my account but then when i try to purchase things via the app it doesn't recognise theres a payment method on the account even though it shows me that there is on the saved card section. Also when i ported in my number it didn't say any message that its been confirmed it was like nothing had happened when i clicked port number, i just received an email saying that the port in was confirmed but it should at least say a message on the app that its been confirmed. Otherwise from those 2 issues the app is good.
