Apogee Maestro is the control application for MFi compliant Apogee audio interfaces. Maestro lets you access and adjust all features and settings from 5 simple tabs. Maestro also significantly improves latency (the delay that occurs during recording) with a hardware based low latency mixer.

Not fit for purpose
2 years since 1.12. App is just not fit for purpose, not up to the standards we expect from Apogee and symbolises a cavalier expectation of continuing support from loyal customers.
The hardware I use (One, Duet and Quartet) is great. The ones internal mic though is average and noisy. But whilst Apogee may have enjoyed a general reputations and mythology for high quality hardware the competition by no means lags behind any longer. This dreadful attempt of an app could just be the reason to move to another system completely. Apogee should be mindful that loyalty is hard won and easily lost. For example my experience of support offered by Audient is superb, as is UAD. Once the myth of that Apogee “sound” has been busted then why stay loyal? Not because of the quality of iOS apps that’s for sure.
Sort it out.
The unit is great but App is dreadful
Unit works great, but I have to connect it to my MacBook in order to change the input types from mic to instrument etc etc. The APP doesn’t seem to make any difference to the unit itself, which is VERY frustrating as I spent a lot of money so I could better utilise my iPad Pro and move away from the confines of a laptop. Does anyone have any suggestions to this?
Constantly crashes, does nothing
It’s not clear what the app is supposed to do. Certainly on the latest iOS it seems to freeze or crash, and I can’t get any sound or monitoring through it when connected to the Apogee One
