Amex Experiences 12+

I appreciate your efforts to bring card members this app, it’s another way for us to access our benefits which is great.

The issue is that for people with more than 1 card you currently can’t toggle between the different card types. I have platinum, gold and business which all have different experience offers, please can you enable the app so it’s possible to toggle between different cards.

I would also like to be able to login to the app by using my existing Amex app details, this would make the experiences app feel more personal and would link it to my account etc.

The app is fine enough, but every time it updates I get logged out and have to enter a one-time password delivered via SMS to log back in. The SMS almost never arrives. This is particularly infuriating if the app auto-updates and then I’m unable to login while I’m at the airport and cannot take advantage of the benefits of the app (ie priority security).

Went to two food festival events. At one, we were asked to pay (again) at the end of the dinner. We had to wait for 30min for the (Michelin star) restaurant to try to contact the event organizers. They couldn’t and we had to give them screenshots of the booking confirmation.
At the other, the food was mediocre and we left hungry.
