Issue with purchases

Bought 3 packs - event pack gems and another limited time pack none of the packs added to game money taken from bank. Have flagged through apple also requested refund. Game is 5 star game but issue is 1

Very frustrated

I discovered this game via swagbucks so started playing it, having to reach certain levels to get my Swagbucks, which results in me getting paid. So I dedicated a lot of time and effort into getting the levels needed.
However as soon as I started reaching the higher levels needed to reach my bigger payments, surprise surprise the app stops updating swagbucks and the company refuse to respond to my emails. I would say I was starting to enjoy the game but this has left more than a sour taste in my mouth. Very frustrated and unimpressed. This game is no different to countless others and is obviously a scam and waste of time and appalling for this company to do this! Apparently I am not the only person either this has happened too and is a problem for many others. Be warned. I won’t be changing they review unless the issue is rectified and if it isn’t I’ll also be deleting the game and not recommending it.

Good game but a copy

I’m enjoying playing this game. However it is such a close copy of Evermerge that I worry that it will be removed by Apple before long. Your description mentions events, your Facebook page mentioned an Easter event that didn’t appear in my game. The latest update mentions an event that is coming, 2 weeks later it hasn’t arrived. Are there any events at all?
