The only reason this doesn’t get an overall 5 star rating from everyone is that it is being fitted by consumers rather than the professional installers it is aimed at. When it is installed, setup & maintained by the specialists that it is designed for it is a solid product.
Terrible Customer Service
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Akuvox SmartPlus. As a new resident, I reached out multiple times to request guidance on accessing my property, but my emails went unanswered. The lack of communication was frustrating, but what made it worse was the unprofessional behaviour of the CEO when he emailed me.
Instead of addressing my concern, he accused me of being unable to use technology and suggested that perhaps this was not the right place for me to live. Even when I asked to escalate this matter he said that he is the CEO and buck stops with him, and This kind of condescending attitude is not only unacceptable but also reflects poorly on the company as a whole.
I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of the situation. Unfortunately, my experience with Akuvox SmartPlus has been far from satisfactory. The tone and lack of cooperation I encountered left me feeling unsupported and disheartened.
I cannot recommend Akuvox SmartPlus based on my experience. If you're looking for a security service that values its customers and responds to their needs, I suggest you look elsewhere.
