Flakey at best, new update stopped working at all
We had a Daikin ducted unit fitted last year with an Airzone splitting it across three bedrooms. Overall the Airzone has been a temperamental product, regularly disconnecting from the two rooms with the wireless controllers and needing to be reset at the fuse board to resolve things.
I got this app and had been able to use it to connect to the Airzone via Bluetooth to configure scheduling for each room. With this recent update, I no longer seem to be able to even connect that way - the unit shows in the app but when I tap it, I just get a spinning circle and then nothing.
Our installer has not been any help either. He says it’s all wired in correctly so there’s nothing else he can do.

Frustrating
Never used to have any problems with the app, but recently have been having trouble opening it. Just gets stuck on the loading screen for ages. Force closing doesn’t seem to help. Pretty pointless app if it’s hit or miss as to whether one can actually open it, I hope this issue is resolved soon

Helps to get the best use out of system
Very happy with the app. It’s simple to setup rooms and set temperatures. The schedule function is good and works well (although could improve by setting an end time to schedule rather than needing a new one to take over). Amazing to be able to access your hvac system from anywhere in the world!
