I had a problem with the app but on my TV called aha customer service they said will forward my details to their technical team and get me back but till today they haven’t get me back it’s been more than a month can’t watch aha channel on my TV very poor customer service..I don’t recommend to subscribe AHA app..
Still aha people did not sorted my issue plz don’t subscribe AHA very poor customer service...they don’t even bothered to reply to your questions...very poor customer service ..Not worth to subscribe this app..
Can’t login after App update
It has been reasonably good experience so far , but today App forced me to update and after update I can’t login at all , it won’t recognise neither my mobile number nor my email address, very frustrating.
Worst App on TV
Not even one star worth. Aha app in the TV logs out all the time and Every time we have to register the device again and again. Coming to search option is worst on TV it is not letting user to search and will neither search nor allow user to return from the search screen. Continue watching will not work always. Who ever is the IT team they are doing nothing. Instead of asking for subscribers to upgrade package to Gold. Put some effort to update the app to make it work properly.
