I have for many years questioned certain behaviours I have and never knew why I acted impulsively, and then wondered how I even done or said what I did… when I never even intentionally wanted to do so. Taking this test has now helped me understand that it’s a high possibility I have ADHD, which ultimately helps me understand the reasons for why I have physically acted or verbally said things I have done and ended up in situations I have been in.

Now I can move forward with a better understanding for my thought processes and train myself to have a better processing procedure mentally.

Eye opening

Some people might think “there’s no way this test can be accurate - from a free app?” But I can honestly say it’s been a big eye opener for me. A few simple questions on things that affect me, knowingly or otherwise has actually helped to give me an unofficial diagnosis of ADHD. I say unofficial because the results screen say that my results are “highly indicative of adult ADHD”. I will be following up with my GP.
