It's look like some one was given the task of updating the old app with few days deadline and came up with this useless disorganised, confusing, complicated design, and non user friendly banking app. I have used other bank apps and this is the worse and give it 3 out of 10 rating. Even that the previous version was outdated but alot easier to use and more user friendly. This interface and design needs urgent review . Update: in December 2018 I sent an email feedback to ADCB and they acknowledged receiving my email but I guess no one at ADCB care about their loyal customers . It is the time to take action and leave this bank as so far I cant used this app because Iam confused and don't know how much money I have or how much I need to pay my credit card at the end of the month. What an horrible confusing mobile banking up and horrible customer service.

The app’s design appears straightforward on first glance. Easy access to menu items and clarity in actions. However, the design is not optimised for iPhones. Menu buttons are at the edges and icons are half hidden outside the perimeter of the screen. This makes the buttons hard, if not impossible, to tap.

The most frustrating feature is the facial recognition whenever you try to access the card details, or settings. It never works properly and causes unacceptable delays in performing an action that is supposed to be quick. ADCB manages to make it the most time consuming and frustrating feature of their app.
