Recently re joining after 2 years of Covid inactivity I find the app brilliant, the equipment pretty much new and the staff very helpful (Garforth). Really glad I came back. Compared to private gyms I have to say a years membership is relatively inexpensive in comparison and flexible with regard access to 14 centres. Just great.

I find using this app meets my expectations of all council services. I.e. some bits work well and some are extremely frustrating as if things are being deliberately made difficult for the customer.
Once you realise that you don’t get the whirring circle indicating that something is happening and your choice has been registered, you learn to only push an option once and thus avoid adding 6 non members to your basket every time. It’s slow so counterintuitive to push once, get no indication that anything is happening, wait and then have your item added to the basket but that is what you have to do.
In its current state I find it easier to use the website as the comfort of the whirring circle stops me from pressing the button loads of times thus avoids adding loads of appointments to my basket.

It’s almost like they have put a very old booking system and tried to mix it with this app. Frustrating! 15 spaces left in the class, a moment later sold out, then 33 spaces then 16 all in a matter of minutes. And none of them will let me book a single class. Terrible! And the payment system is a nightmare if you pay by class which I do. All details have to get fully filled in every single time. No option to save details, abd I always get red warning and have to go back and input the country! Grrrr
