Security heat map
Access information on security incidents that have occurred over the last 30 days in your neighbourhood, including risk ratings and recommendations on which areas to avoid.
Incident reports
Share actual security incidents with your community onto the security heat map. Report security concerns to the Active Response Centre via the in-app chat.
Emergency alerts
Stand-To: If you feel unsafe in any security incident, press and hold the button for 5 seconds to activate “Stand-To” mode. This notifies your emergency contacts, the Community Support Network (CSN) and the Active Response Centre that you are concerned and want to be monitored.
SOS: Trigger the SOS function by rapid taps (3 or more) on the button to notify your emergency contacts, the CSN and the Active Response Centre that you are in danger. Should you activate the alarm by mistake, your default disarm pin is “0000”.
Community Support Network
The CSN is the network of people that are closest to your location and that are able to help when you are in danger. By clicking on the Stand-To / SOS button, it will instantly send alerts to the members of the CSN. (NOTE: You can enable or disable this function within settings, depending on if you would like to be connected to the wider community.)
IMPORTANT: This function is only available after the 14-day-trial period. Any misuse (“false alarms”) will have you removed from the network.
Active Response Centre
Once you have triggered the “Stand-To” / “SOS” button, the Active Response Centre provides security advice, response and technical assistance via the live in-app chat.
Safe House/Favourite locations
Plot your favourite and “safe house” locations, which is coupled with navigation options to help guide you to your destination, considering safety and time factors.
Check-in notification
Schedule your check-in at a specific location. Should you not arrive or check in, a notification will be sent to your pre-programmed emergency contacts.
