Weight Control and Challenge settings

-Earn trophies each time you achieve your goal.
Add Friends
-Add your workout buddy by ID or e-mail address.
-Share your weight, PBF, and Muscle Mass with your personal fitness trainer and friends you exercise with

A lot of my client's are having issues creating accounts an logging in
Reset password
I had a new iPhone and couldn’t remember my password for login. I messaged the customer services via the app to reset my password. I had a response but didn’t see it before I messaged them again requesting they reset my password, so the password reset didn’t work. I have messaged them multiple times and have still not had a response over two weeks. I don’t want to have to set up a new account as I will lose all my data. Any ideas what else I can do?
