Doesn’t recognise Touch ID anymore, no alternative way to get in
For some reason PeopleHR has stopped recognising my touch/fingerprint ID and returns an error message every time I try to log in. The app does not offer any alternative route. (Logging in with a different email is the only visible option but it’s not an alternative way to get in). Imagine you’re out somewhere with you mobile and have no access to the desktop version. This can be extremely disruptive equating the app to ‘unusable’.
Good as far as it goes
This app could be so much better if it had manager functionality. All you can do is things for yourself but as a manager I can’t log one of my teams absence or create a logbook for them as you can on the web version.
In a world driven by apps and phones, there needs to be much more development of this app.
Good when works!
This is quite a good app……when it functions properly. Too many times it doesn’t want to work until the phone is switched off, it does get frustrating as it’s a frequent occurrence. Also the ‘use my location’ doesn’t switch off even when you set the settings go ‘only while using’. If they sort these out it could well be five stars.
I also see these were problems years ago for other users too. Maybe the developers just don’t care.
