My child had just learned to spell but her school closed for a bit and I wanted her to know how to spell still so I searched for apps about learning and this one caught my eye so I got it and it is free which I was really happy about and she has played the game for 1 week and 3 days and she now can spell her name in both capital and lower case which is quite hard for her because her name is Florence which is quite long but as well as being able to do that she can also now know the difference between loads of different spellings like ‘here and hear’ or ‘ there and their’So to conclude I think this game is really helpful for 7 and unders.
(Though really any age under 12 would enjoy this)

Unusable thanks to ads
The app itself is great but it every two minutes it keeps coming up with a candy crush advert with a tiny cross in the corner that little finger can't accurately hit so she ends up in a maze of safari windows and app purchases. It really needs to be made more child user friendly which should have been fairly obvious for an app aimed at very young children! Also doesn't really teach phonics teaches A is Ay rather than a and b is bee rather than the buh sound needed to begin with reading.
