Why do I have to make a cash deposit to withdraw monies which I have won? 4 times I have requested a payment since October, and each time I get a message saying ‘KYC verification failed’ and to reapply for the money again and to complete the KYC process when prompted. This would be great if the KYC verification was actually accessible, and now I am being asked to give the game app money to be able to withdraw monies that I have lawfully and legally won. We’re not talking about a couple of pound’s either, they’re asking for a total of £14!

I downloaded this and it gives you £3 for free which I thought was very suspect. I won all of my first few games which brought my balance up to £28. I tried to cash out and it said that you can’t cash out less than £40. I kept playing but every time I get close to £40 all the other players suddenly become very good, lol. I never got up to £40.

Anyway, it asked for my date of birth and phone number to process future withdrawals. Ever since I completed these details I’ve been receiving phone calls from AI generated voices. One of them was an angry woman asking me why I kept calling her and hanging up. The next was from an angry man saying that I’d cut him off in traffic last week (I don’t know how they think he would have got my number). I looked this up online and apparently these bots are trying to get you to say your name and “yes”. They can then use it to trick your bank and stuff. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME. There’s no way this is coincidence.

I was really enjoying this game to begin with, until I tried to withdraw my winnings which has been impossible. My withdrawal was rejected as it said I did not pass the KYC verification, but the app didn’t even give me a chance to do this??

I also received an email from 8 ball cash advising me the withdrawal had been rejected due to incorrect account details or abnormal behaviour, which does not make sense and is different to what is being said on the app.
I replied asking for further information and have received no reply.

I now can’t withdraw my £21 winning's until I make a deposit. Absolute joke.
There is no way you can contact customer service unless you upgrade and deposit to access the VIP centre.

I would stay clear from this app and any apps designed by prinsloo, I was also using the bingo royal app and had the same issue, they also requested photo ID for me to withdraw my winnings. I stupidly uploaded photo ID and never got my winnings, they informed me my winnings were rejected because of my fraud.

Games and have asked what they mean and why they needed photo ID but they have not replied.
