7Krave Food & Grocery Delivery 12+

I found it difficult to process the transaction using a overseas card/ back when setting up the card payment. So you charge my account in JMD but it show me in pound and there is no way of figuring out the exact amount to verify and authenticate and add the card for future payment. I found this stressful so in the end I choose the option to pay on delivery. How I just need a refund for the amount which was charged.

I made an order for my dinner at 5:30pm, it was confirmed, I got a notification for pick-up (6:00pm)and a notification telling me that the driver is on his way to my destination(around 6:45pm). When I received my expected call at 7:03pm the agent told me that when the driver arrived at the place it was closed and there is nothing that can be done. Way before when I initially ordered I asked to cancel through chat and I got no response. What did the agent tell me? “The app has been giving us problems”. NOTIFY US THEN!

I have had several order cancellations from 7Krave and have ended up wondering what I am going to eat because of how unreliable the service is. I have even scheduled an order so that it could be confirmed and picked up on time, and still got the order late.

7Krave is not a reliable ordering service. This service has stressed me out countless times when I’m ordering for family or guests. You order something and wait forever for it to get confirmed and then they ring you and tell you that, its no longer selling and you can’t even order something else because the service is closed. After I finish the points I have with this service, I am never using it again.

I have been waiting for an opportunity to highlight the complete lack of customer service that comes with using this app.

Two weeks ago I placed my second order with this app. Hours passed no word! Admittedly they were overwhelmed. I contacted them on Instagram because of course the customer service option in the app was met with silence. I got a response in a timely manner. I was pleased. My order came maybe 1/2 hr after. 2 1/2 hours after I ordered it. Cool, I really wasn’t making an issue.

The issue arose because my order came cold and missing items I was billed for. I immediately tried contacting them through the app, all now no response. What really lead me to writing this review is that I again contacted them on Instagram, twice. They read the messages and to date no response, not even an apology. It’s like they forget that Instagram tells you when your messages are seen and/or they just don’t care.

Appalling, and the worst part is I’m stuck with them based on where I live and the lockdown. Having lived in other countries with similar apps 7Krave needs to be boycotted if this is their approach to customer service.

I await the day that Jamaicans are provided with a better option.

Absolutely terrible! I am livid!

P.S. had you addressed me privately I would not have shared the thievery and poor customer service publicly.
