5 Minute Pilates contains both Free and Pro content. Free content includes all the “Beginners Path” challenge as well as 2 new sessions every week:

a free "Simple" pilates workout every Monday
a free "Fat Burner" pilates workout every Thursday

Free content can be accessed by closing any upgrade page.

Remaining content is available via our Pro level. This can be accessed via a subscription (monthly or annual) or a one time payment for 2 or 3 years access. We also offer reduced cost and free Pro access for those in financial difficulties. You can apply for this in the app via the upgrade page.

Great simple app!

After initial reservations, this app is actually very good for a beginner like me. I love that I have a daily goal and then can do extra if I want to. The demonstrations could do with being a little larger but they are backed up with a good explanation and after you have done them a few times you get the hang of it. Actually, having a voice telling you when to breathe and how to move is better than the picture, especially when you are on the floor trying to do the movement!!

Pilates for My Lower Back

I am happy with the app as it allows me to exercise movements of my lower back. My back has been weak for the past 4 years due to a car accident and I was referred to practice Pilates religiously. I started yesterday on this app and I am quite happy as I did another session today. However, as feedback I think the models for how to complete a specific step should be modelled by a human and it took a bit of figuring out to see exactly what I was supposed to do. Also, I believe maybe up to a week of sessions should be free to get a more better experience of the steps instead of only getting two days.

Great to start you going

Great little app to get you back into exercise. 5 minutes every day is a no brainier and fail-proof. If you’re looking for a bit of nudge, incorporate it into your daily routine, it literally is just 5 minutes, and you notice how it’s making you to work from the get-go. The downside is you only get two days worth of exercise free, the rest you unlock by buying into it; but you can just continue using the two days worth over and over then decide if it’s worth paying for.
