Are the servers only in China ? Any way to stand up some servers in Europe ? The app is sluggish and delayed with long pauses between button presses and activity. Sometimes the default house map simply doesn’t load. Every now and then it I need to re-log in to the app as it forgets my credentials. The robot is ok although a bit stupid, and its logic for efficiently covering floor space is a bit flawed, but the app itself is just slow and a little frustrating. Update Mar 2022: since the last update my robot was reset and I now can’t bind it back to my network.
May 2022: Had to reset my entire Wi-Fi network just to rebind the bloody robot.

Both app and vacuum worked great for a few months, however, now the app constantly times out, can’t select rooms or change suction power. Quite often the map doesn’t even load or allow you to pick a map. Such a shame as it was great at the beginning but now spending more time and effort to get it started takes away the convenience of it!

The mop and vacuum robot has been amazing for us. Really handy for daily cleans. We have the S8.

The fan broke on the machine for us after about 4 months and the customer service representative, Fannie, instantly sent a replacement and guided me to excellent after sales service.

I understand that faults happen on these machines ( we have worked it pretty hard!) but when the service is as good as this, you can’t really fault them.
