Description
Flexibility is the key to unleashing power and speed by increasing the range of motion active (agonist) muscles have to travel before they are held back by the opposing (antagonist) ones. Being more flexible can also reduce the chances of injury when exercising, though the biggest benefit will be in the way you walk and stand. This 30-day program will help you increase your flexibility.
The program utilises a mixture of active (leg raises) and passive (holding the splits position) stretching techniques to give you the fastest gains possible in the shortest time.
If you have stiff hamstrings, locked-up hips, and a painful lower back; if you’ve tried yoga and stretching exercises, but didn’t see many results, then there’s a very good chance we can help you.

It’s alright because of The timer stretching itself and Day counting but what would make this app even better if it would show how much progress you’ve showed and Be more accurate
Great App
So I’ve only downloaded this app a few days ago so I’m only on day 3 but it’s really helped the stretches are hard and I can feel it but I feel like one of the stretches are really hard and for a beginner they won’t be able to do it (stretch number 15) I mean I struggle and I’m quite flexible but other than that it’s a great app
App not working
I purchase this app a while back and it was useful until my phone was changed. I can’t access the full app even though I’ve paid for it and despite contacting the developer no action has been taking so writing this review in the hopes that it can be fixed and I can continue to use the app to work on stretching as it is generally a very good application.
