Motivating

I love using this app to track our time outdoors. It’s something that’s so important to me for my family and I love stats and data so it is a win win.

A few things I’d love to see improve:
1. An option to pause and re-start the timer. Sometimes we go in and out of the garden for example.
2. The timer logs what time it is when it’s started and stopped e.g. start 11:31 stop 11:45 and make a note in the notes for that day to help keep track.
3. A widget would be soo handy, almost more handy than the above two options because being able to tap on it from Lock Screen would be awesome.
4. I would love it if there were more badges such as a 75 hours reached.
5. I think being able to see a graph of how many hours you’ve achieved each week, month and year compared to each other would be amazing.
6. I think more clarity on the fact that you can start it anytime of the year would be helpful, though I’m being picky here becasue I assumed it had to be within the calendar year and didn’t clock it doesn’t matter when you begin.
I hope some of these are useful and adopted by the creators of this app so I can continue to love it for years to come. I’d love to know if my comments have made a difference.
Anyway, I love how it motivates us to not only get out, but spend more time, take the longer route, try somewhere new.
Thank you

Nice concept and easy to use app

I really like the idea and am enjoying using the app so far. A couple of pointers for improvement - it would be good for the images to upload to a higher quality. Also I would like to be able to zoom in and out of the images. I’d like to use the app as an album of outdoor memories so these features would help! Thanks 😊

No wonder this app went free

Is this a joke? If you download the app you only get a basic timer, to get access to a calendar you need to pay monthly, in fact, in order to do anything on the app, besides using a timer, which is built into my iPhone, you have to pay monthly or yearly. A company that claims to want to promote wellbeing by going outside, wants to charge you an infinite subscription to do so. Grow up devs. Stay away from this app.

EDIT AFTER DEV RESPONSE: Devs said they moved from a paid app to a monthly payment app. So just to be clear, they changed from a one time payment for something…to an infinite payment for something. There is no end to a subscription model, you just keep paying and it never gets paid off. Whereas normally, not predatorily, you pay once for something and that’s it. This move by this “Family run Business”, is just to extract monthly payments from everyone instead of a one time payment like before. Ask yourself this, is this app worth an infinite amount of money? Or a normal one time payment and then enjoy? Devs are sketchy beware.

Developer Response ,

Hi thanks for checking out the app! The app has always cost money and we have now moved to a membership model in order to keep investing in the features as we are a small family business. We have multiple free things like our tracking charts, blog posts articles, our podcast with over 375 episodes etc.
