共生型サービスについて、2024年の改正により、通所リハビリテーションが追加され、総合支援法の自立訓練と同一のサービスとなれる。
2023年度の介護給付費は、11.5兆円程度となっている。
障害者雇用促進法により、法定雇用率が義務付けられ、2024年4月より、40人以上の民間企業は2.5パーセント、教育委員会は2.7パーセントで、国や地方自治体では2.8パーセントとなっている。
法定雇用率の対象となる企業は、毎年6月1日の法定雇用率の状況をハローワークに報告する義務があり、雇用に対して改善が見られなければ、厚生労働大臣が企業名を公表する。
2013に成立した「持続可能な社会保障制度の確立を図るための改革の推進に関する法律」において「地域包括ケアシステム」の文言が明文化された。
保護観察の対象となる、4種類の人について。
婦人補導員仮退院者が5号としてあったが、2022年4月に売春防止法の改正により、廃止となった。
