新奥泛能微网智能工程交付产品服务于在建泛能工程的全周期，目标是实现施工过程安全质量保证、投资限额控制、作业计划精准、过程资料归档留痕、数据信息贯通共享等。
在项目启动阶段，产品功能包括角色工作台、项目池、项目组织、管理方案、进度计划、投资预算分解等功能。
在设计采购阶段，产品包括任务交付、初步设计概算、设计审查、设计变更、设计交底、合同管理、签证审批、造价监控等功能。
在项目施工阶段，产品功能包括任务交付、设计变更、到货验收、签证审批、现场视频、施工过程资料、调试记录、工程施工方案、危险作业、安全工作例会、安全检查、安全事故调查报告、项目质量控制计划、项目质量检验、风险隐患识别等。
在竣工验收阶段，产品功能主要包括竣工验收、竣工结算、电子档案等。
产品还会与智能投、泛能网、聚安网、工匠会、工作流、质采智购、招采平台、视频共享中心等外围系统进行数据对接，保持数据一致性。
