Language barrier
Chinese is not my first language so I was thankful to find a language setting...BUT even with the language setting set to English, everything is in Chinese and the only parts in English are the menu pages and my account so please try to make it easier to use for foreigners; for example on WeChat, there’s a translate option when you hold down on the text, which is quite accurate
Worst app ever, arbitrary and cannot understand what is respect
I just noticed that weibo has deleted the another account of mine without any notification and for no reason. They do not have any respect on user’s memory and feeling. I am so disappointed since that account is only used to store the poems I wrote in depression since it is confirmed. I Sometimes I would login and see how far I have ever gone. Now I feel that part of my soul has been thrown into trash bin. Their customers service will never show up unless you are famous or influential, therefore as an ordinary people I am forced to be mute. Thank you weibo for teach me that nobody would care about the joy, tears and even life of common people. So realistic. What a Brave New World.
Identity theft
I’m now feeling like Weibo is stealing my private information, including my ID, IP. I found my IP address was used to ‘like’ Zhan Xiao(a Chinese actor)‘s post without my permission. What’s worse is that the account I haven’t used for ages was used to ‘repost’ some posts which I didn’t even see. These evidence are efficient for me to conclude that Weibo has constantly stolen users’ accounts to do false data for some kol or celebrities. I highly suggest App Store to strengthen your review mechanism and punish those bad apps for their demerits.
微博官方盗用我的IP给不良艺人肖战点赞，并且我无法取消我的IP点的赞。同时我多年未用，经过实名绑定的小号被直接用来转发营销号内容。微博侵犯用户权益，盗用个人信息的严重行为令人发指。希望apple商店加强上架软件的审核。
