Can’t access from the UK
I am broken hearted. I adored the carrot/radish series so much. But now, I can’t log in from the UK. It keeps asking for my real name and an ID, and I keep putting in my real name and it won’t accept me! This game is no longer for anyone outside China, as you won’t be able to get in. Doesn’t matter if I use apple or WeChat to log in, it won’t authenticate my real name and we don’t have an ID number. I have used my passport number but that didn’t work either. I don’t see this being fixed either. And it applies to carrot 4 too. 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Still not working
Every time there is an update to this game, I hope the login problems are fixed and they never are! It still asks for a Chinese ID to be able to play it, and has done so for at least the last year. Please please please can you fix this? Latest update (Nov 2021] says the login now works but it doesn’t.
