مشترياتك من الذهب تتأخر اسابيع عن الدخول في حسابك
اشتريت الذهب اونلاين بقصد الاتجار مع تقلبات الاسعار. إلا ان دار السبائك تأخروا عن إدخال الذهب في حسابي عدة اسابيع، وكانت تلك الفترة مناسبة للبيع، إلا انني لم اتمكن من البيع لأن دار السبائك لم يدخلوا مشترياتي من الذهب في الحساب. ولم يردوا على مراسلاتي بالايميل حيث كنت خارج البلاد انذاك. وبعد اسابيع، عندما انخفضت الاسعار اكثر من ألف دينار لكل كيلوجرام، قاموا بإدخال الذهب في حسابي.لا شك لدي ان الشركة غير نزيهه، ولا عذر لهم في تلك الوقاحة، وهدفهم مصلحتهم على حساب العملاء. لا أزكي الشركة ابدا…
