сформувати звернення через особистий кабінет після реєстрації;
вказати місце проблеми на геоінформаційній мапі;
прикріпити фотографію до звернення;
надіслати звернення, відслідкувати та проконтролювати його виконання;
відстежувати статистику звернень до «Контакт-Центру м. Покровськ»
бачити інформацію про ремонтні роботи та аварійні ситуації в м. Покровськ та за власною адресою;
переглядати історію власних звернень.
