Do not hesitate, this is the best yoga app!

This app is full of yoga flows, adapted to every one beginners, intermediate and advanced yogi, with a dynamic style but also a ton of meditation and slower flow, and short classes focusing on a posture (crow, wheel, epk II). You can take them individually or as part of monthly challenges.
I love the readings at the end of the flows and the connection to yoga philosophy, which has been especially helpful for me to take a little bit of yoga out of the mat!

Hannah offers tones of great videos for any level, to practice yoga and pilates. I really enjoy her passion, profesionalism and her teaching as well in strenght, understanding, feeling each and every mouvement to deeply feel connected with our body. Thank you for this great journey,
