Launched on April 14, 2023, Xanh SM has quickly risen to become the second-largest on-demand transportation service in Vietnam, serving over 25 million customers and operating in nearly 60 provinces and cities across Vietnam, five provinces in Laos, and will officially launch in Indonesia in early September. Khách ko thể huỷ tự chuyển
Khách hoàn toàn phụ thuộc vào tài xế, ko thể chủ động tự huỷ chuyến khi phải chờ quá lâu vì tài xế lạc đường
Rất tệ
Ứng dụng rất không ổn định, thường xuyên không hoạt động và hiển thị lỗi No Data. Cả chức năng verify email cũng không thể hoạt động. Nhận được email nhưng link verify thì lại không truy cập được do lỗi 403.
