Is this App real or is it a scam ?

How can a basic application not upload data at the profile information confirmation stage?

Has anyone tested the application's functionality before making it available to end users?

can’t use the app no buttons displayed

I had the app on my 13 pro max and no problem but now using my 15 pro max i can’t do anything on the main page there is no buttons only the logo

no work

This app cannot upload at all after scanning the ID card. I want to know where can I solve this problem? Dubai is such a developed and wealthy place, why is the Internet service so backward?
