New Features:
- Added ability to mark a job as 'paid' from the JobDetails screen, the job must currently be in the 'completed' or 'invoiced' status before the option becomes available.
UI Tweaks:
- Made the text input area for 'Line Item' descriptions larger, in addition it will grow as more content is added(up to twice their starting size).
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue that would prevent the EstimateSend and InvoiceSend screens from properly replacing customer information when emailing.
- Fixed an issue when attempting to edit the email template when sending job scheduling emails on some devices.
