The game lets players step into diverse roles - a widow with kids, a wealthy couple, or a young artisan - making crucial decisions en route to the US. Each decision shapes the outcome, revealing consequences tied to choices like what to pack or which harbor to depart from in the year 1892.
Optimized for tablets, the game offers an authentic glimpse into the historical backdrop of Ellis Island's opening. Intended for use in schools and museums, its goal is to teach history while nurturing empathy for past and present migrants, providing insights into the zeitgeist of the era.
