Stratum Owners Association Management Services brings you the only application you need to manage your gated community effectively!
Right at the comfort of their homes, residents can perform various actions on the the app including managing their visitors, staff, raising complaints/requests, pay service charges and other dues, book facilities, communicate and share important updates with other residents, etc.
What you can do using the STRATUM OAM App?
- Receive important notices and messages from your Management using Online Notice Board and other broadcast features.
Apart from the ability to communicate seamlessly, you can also perform various other actions that will make things a lot more convenient for you.
- Using the STRATUM OAM app, you can easily raise complaints/requests. If any asset is malfunctioning, you can simply scan the QR Code generated to the particular asset and send it to the Facility Manager of your gated community. They will quickly receive the details of the asset and fix it. You can also track the progress and if the issue is not fixed during the stipulated time, the complaint will be automatically escalated.
- Using your credit/debit card or other online payment methods, you can pay your service charge bills and other dues right at the comfort of your home. You will also receive receipts immediately after making the payment.
- With the additional security solutions offered by the App, the security of your gated community will only strengthen multifold. Using the Visitor Management feature, pre-approve, approve or deny guests, visitors, and staff with just a click.
- No more waiting to use a facility of your gated community! The App enables you to check when a facility is available and book it beforehand.
