SETUP

1. Create your profile on the iPhone running SquadHR and select Add Sensor.

2. Launch SquadWatch3 on this iPhone and press the Start button. Hold it near the iPhone running SquadHR until pairing is confirmed.

3. Launch SquadWatch3 on your Apple Watch and press the Start button. Keep this iPhone screen awake to maintain SquadHR connection.

4. Press the Stop button on your iPhone or Apple Watch to stop sending heart rate data to SquadHR. Closing the app also stops sending data.

HOW DOES THE BLUETOOTH BUTTON WORK ON MY IPHONE SCREEN?

The Bluetooth button works in the same way as the power switch on some Bluetooth heart rate sensors. This will activate or deactivate the Bluetooth signal. SquadWatch3 on your Apple Watch can remotely control this button on your paired iPhone.

HOW CAN I MAINTAIN A BLUETOOTH CONNECTION TO SQUADHR3 RUNNING ON IPHONE?

You need to leave your iPhone screen awake to maintain a Bluetooth connection to SquadHR3 (ie. do not press sleep button). SquadWatch3 will disable the auto-lock timer on your iPhone, until you close the app.
