Description

Pakistan Citizen Portal is an integrated citizens grievance redressal system connecting all government organizations both at federal and provincial levels. The system serves as carrier of complaints to their respective offices across all over Pakistan. Citizens are enabled to provide feedback once a complaint is marked resolved by an officer. The feedbacks are linked to an officer’s performance. The app provides a hassle free interface to citizens to connect with government at all levels.

Terminates on opening

i was using this app and it worked well. But since the last update it is not working on my i6s.
It initiates and disappear after 2 or 3 seconds.

Pathetic and buggy app

What a useless app. The app is continuously giving me an error to update my contact, but when I try to modify my phone number, it doesn’t work. The app is not allowing me to modify my number. I am stuck between these two hurdles due to which I am totally unable to use the app. Very disappointed. Also, when I try to contact them, it doesn’t work either. When I write my complain and click the submit button, the app closes automatically which means I cannot even send my complain to them. Such a pathetic app with a lot of bugs.

Operational fault

I am not able to use it . As I have to lodge a complaint. But application after opening ask for mobile phone verification but as I click ok it crash and close on its own. Kindly look into the matter. Once app will function properly then citizens will be able to put their complaints. It seems another mental torture.
