Orum Training is a simple, and easy-to-use diet tracking and exercise app that is great for anyone who wants to get fit or maintain the weight they want.
Track your daily calories, carbs, protein, and fat intake by saying what you ate. Our software understands specific portion sizes such as ounces, grams, cups, teaspoons, tablespoons, and sizes of foods, like small or large bananas. You can log over 13k common foods, 20k restaurants, and 750k branded food items... all by saying what you ate.
Orum Training also includes a variety of exercise programs created by certified fitness professionals. We designed our programs using the progressive overload principle over 12 weeks. Week by week the workouts get a little harder, forcing your body to grow and adapt.

We’ve improved the accuracy and responsiveness of our voice diet tracking feature. Now you can log your meals even faster, and our advanced speech recognition technology ensures that your nutritional data is more precise than ever. Whether you’re tracking macros or just keeping an eye on calories, our updated voice-tracking system makes staying on top of your diet a breeze.

We’ve added more exercises to our library to help you diversify your workouts. You can now also link your social media accounts, making it easier to connect with others both in and outside of Orum Training.
